Set the strategic path for future sustainable growth through the franchise root and diversification.

Due to his strong FINANCIAL controls and strategy, Group became debt free which was earlier over

loaded with the outside debt.

He did the complete business reengineering and implemented ERP and a strong MIs system to control

the business online at real time.

He introduced Online MARKETING/e-commerce and devised the marketing strategy.

Simple Jaiswal

Simple Jaiswal is a seasoned HR professional with 17+ years of experience spanning across industry in Manufacturing, IT and Education, in all sub-functions of HR in strategic & Operational roles. She is a graduate in Economics with MBA in HR from Xaviers and LL.B from Pune University.

 In the 17 years career she has  been associated with Organisations like L&T , Mumbai , KPIT , Sigma software and with Mediaocean in capacity as Director HR. She also had successful stint with Management institutes like SPJIMR , Mumbai and other Management colleges as faculty.

 In a Leadership role for mid sized organizations for more than 8 years she focused on initiatives for enabling performance both at individual & organizational level. She has been Instrumental in driving the L&D initiatives and OD interventions and setting the culture of the organization. Her Specialties are:  ,Strategizing & Executing the People's Processes for an organization, Effective hiring and HR Budgeting ,Training, Mentoring Performance management, Campus relations & Grads development & Onboarding process, Performance Evaluation, Employee Communication ,Employee Engagement & retention  etc. She has been a mentor to juniors and guide and counselor to employees.

 As a Head HR for last three organizations, she has set up the department, instituted systems and processes and built the team from scratch.

She is currently, engaged as Consultant for Training & HR by Corporates. She is helping the SME‘s and mid size organizations with their people processes and HR interventions.
